A factory-building sim with the soul of a great board game. Deep, legible systems and one of the smartest campaigns the genre has produced.

Building sims often confuse depth with obscurity. Foundry Frontier does the harder thing: it is genuinely deep and completely legible. Every rule is visible, every consequence telegraphed, and yet the space of viable factories feels enormous. That is design, not accident.

The campaign doubles as the best tutorial the genre has seen in years, introducing one clean idea at a time. The late game spikes hard and the multiplayer suite is thinner than it should be, but as a single-player experience it sits very close to essential.
